Love your practice; Love your mat

I came across these two websites recently that are great ideas for what to do with your old yoga mat!!! They are really creative and useful!! Unless you have a Manduka that is, with a life time warranty!!

How to Navigate your way through the Apple Nirvana

O hey there! New to this blog? Or just having trouble finding your way around?? No problem! This will hopefully help!

If you want to read a review of a fitness facility I have written about, click on the name of the gym, studio, etc. on the right side of the page under the heading "Which facility/workout would you like to know more about?".

Putting AthLEAN-X to the test with Shay Dodds

P90X may have been all the rage, but apparently athLEAN-X is where it's at. AthLEAN-X is less expensive, 1/3 of the workout length, and 4-5 days a week instead of 6-7. There are new workouts weekly with AthLEAN-X and it claims to have 'guy-friendly' meal plans. But instead of taking the website's word for it, Shay Dodds is putting it to the test over the next 6-8 weeks. Every Saturday I will be posting up pictures and a short review from Shay of his progress. Check out weekly and who knows, maybe this is the workout plan for you!
